CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY At Sugared by GG, all appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, I enforce the following policy strictly. ⏰ 24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 🚫 LATE CANCELLATIONS & SAME-DAY RESCHEDULES • Any cancellation or request to reschedule made within 24 hours of the appointment will be considered a late cancellation • Same-day reschedules are treated as cancellations • No exceptions will be made for personal conflicts, schedule changes, or discomfort on the day of the appointment 💳 CANCELLATION FEE • Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the services booked • The fee will be charged to the card on file • If the card declines, the balance must be paid before booking again • Clients with unpaid balances will be unable to book future appointments 🩸 MENSTRUAL CYCLE POLICY • Clients may still receive services while on their cycle • A soft disc, tampon, or cup is required for the duration of the service • If a client chooses not to proceed due to their cycle, it will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply 🔁 RESCHEDULING • Rescheduling requests made outside of the 24-hour window will be accommodated based on availability • Repeated rescheduling may result in being required to rebook under the cancellation policy or refusal of future bookings 🚨 EMERGENCIES True emergencies may be reviewed case by case but are not guaranteed a fee waiver. Contact must be made as soon as possible. 📲 APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS • Appointment reminders are sent via text and/or email • It is the client’s responsibility to confirm, cancel, or reschedule on time • Failure to respond does not waive the cancellation policy ❗ RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE I reserve the right to refuse service or future bookings to any client who does not respect my policies or creates a hostile or argumentative experience.
