If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you based on availability. However, repeated rescheduling may be subject to the same cancellation policy. I understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may arise, and I will assess each situation on a case-bycase basis. Please contact me as soon as possible if anything happens that prevents you from keeping your appointment. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise meaning you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. I understand as a woman, we may have irregular periods, but YES you can still get sugared while on your cycle. Client must wear soft disc/tampon throughout their service. Cancellation fee will still apply if you will be cancelling. The cancellation fee will be equivalent to [50%] of services booked and it will be charged to the credit card on file or required to be paid before booking your next appointment if declined. Client will be banned and must reach out to be prior to booking if they have a remaining balance. If credit card declines you will no longer be allowed to book until fee is paid. We provide appointment reminders via [email, text message] to help you remember your scheduled appointments. It is your responsibility to confirm or cancel your appointment in a timely manner. Also please make sure that if you wish to take off a service you are doing so the night before and not when in treatment room! This is an inconvenience to my work schedule especially long intended services! You will now be charged 50% if canceling a service in the room. Thank you for your understanding.
